In order to verifty the change of ownership, you MUST submit a copy of the Deed of Sale. Without this, we will NOT process the change and future rent payments will be placed on hold.

To also ensure there are no delays in processing your rent payment, you will not be able to submit without a copy of a voided check. This helps verify your bank name, routing number and account number for accurate payment processing.
