[Housing Authority of Bergen County] Eligibility Packet

Please read each item in the packet carefully & thoroughly.

Completing this packet DOES NOT automatically make you eligible for a voucher. You are still required to provide any and all supporting documents to your Eligibility Specialist.

You can upload UPLOAD ALL INCOME, ASSET, AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HERE with your packet by clicking on the paperclip on the lefthand side or you can email your Eligibility Specialist directly.

Please note, you can take pictures of your documents and then d/l "Adobe Scan Digital" from either the Apple Store or Google Playstore. This app automatically turns your pictures into PDF documents. Making them easier to upload here.

PLEASE NOTE - You have three Houshold members Over 18.

ALL Household Members OVER 18 must have their own emails. YOU CANNOT USE THE SAME EMAIL AS THE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD. Digital signatures are as unique as original signatures and the same person signing is illegal.

Once Head of Household fills out all docs and signs in all required places, it will prompt for the additional email addresses to be entered. They must then check their own email and sign. Your packet WILL NOT be considered complete until all household members have signed.
