HABC Rent Cafe Portal Registration

Before getting started, please take a moment to review the following:

You may request a registration code if any of the following apply to you:

• You are a current tenant/participant with HABC
• You are a current landlord with a tenant participating in our program
• You have previously submitted an application to HABC

If one of the above applies to you, you’re welcome to move forward and submit a request for a registration code.

If none apply, please do not submit a request, as we’re unable to provide a response.

If you have never applied with HABC, you can register online by visiting https://housing.habcnj.org

Select Applicant Portal → Click here to register → I do not have a registration code.
